Pte. Fred Barlow (19), L.N.L. Regt., 62 Queensgate, Bolton, was killed whilst leaving the trenches on December 15th under heavy shell fire. He was a member of the office staff of Messrs. Thos. Residing with his mother and sister, he was the younger of two soldier sons, his brother Richard being on active service with the London Fusiliers.
