Bombr. WM. DIXON, R.F.A. died in hospital on April 20th of wounds received in action. Enlisting in February, 1915, he went first to Egypt and was transferred to another theatre of war in February 1916. His home is at 122 Chorley Old-rd., Bolton, and he was formerly a clerk in the Bolton Co-operative Society’s offices. He was an old boy of Oxford Grove Council School and his name is on the Roll of Honour at St. George’s Church.
